Shibashi 1 is a sequence of 18 beautiful Qi Gong exercises rooted in the principles of Tai Chi and drawing on movements from Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan. Practised as a flowing routine, it is deeply nourishing, relaxing and grounding, supporting both physical vitality and inner calm.
