This is a new retreat with myself and Qi Gong teacher Daverick Leggett.  Daverick is a dear friend and someone who has played an integral role in my journey with Qi Gong and Creative Facilitation. We have been working together at Rise Up Singing for the past nearly ten years, where I run the Creative Facilitation Course, and decided it was time to combine forces to offer an immersive fusion of Qigong, voice and creativity.

The retreat will be grounded in Qigong practice from which you will be guided and encouraged to open the creative process and learn tools to build confidence. This may lead to writing, singing or any other form of expression. Along the way you can expect to be nurtured, have a lot of fun and, who knows, you may come away with a masterpiece....

The venue is in Gidleigh on north Dartmoor, a short walk away from spectacular moorland and ancient sites which we will make time to visit.

This is a fully catered retreat. Accommodation is camping adjacent to the retreat space.

“I thought I’d come to write a poem but what actually happened was a transformative journey of self-discovery and development that culminated in me performing a song I’d written - something I never thought would have happened. I went to sleep that night with a huge smile on my face and woke up feeling like a completely different person”.
— Imogen O'Gorman (Creativity Facilitation at RUS with Tallulah)

I found a real personal breakthrough in excavating feelings I had about my late father. It feels like a wonderful gift to know I can now explore emotional territory, and process my feelings, in a new and deeper way.
— Ed Bartram (Creativity Facilitation at RUS with Tallulah)
I Absolutely loved the way Tallulah holds space for creativity to flow! She is such a warm heart, making you feel instantly comfortable and at ease. All the pieces of the journey she includes really support the process, from gentle movement to let energy flow, to sound healing, to allowing an open supportive space for free writing, and careful individual attention.

If you are looking for a space to tap into your creativity – work with Tallulah!
— Zoe Nash (Creativity Facilitation at RUS with Tallulah)

Tallulah acknowledges and welcomes all feelings in her workshops which made me feel safe and connected. We were all invited to co-create, express and honour our voices. The magical journey from chi gong to harmonised hums to collective song really touched me and allowed me to tap into all my tenderness and be met exactly where I am.”
— Holly Gardner Pukka Herbs
I feel different as a consequence of being in your workshops, as a result of being so fully and heart-fully supported...I had the space to feel my lack of confidence and yet know that something deep in me was calling to be heard and to know that I could do it.
— Kirsty Hurd-Thomas
Thank you Tallulah for teaching (me) that creativity is an innate birthright with so much generous (musical) wisdom and tenacity.
— Petra (Rise Up Singing Camp)
