Soundbaths & Sound Meditation

“As we are guided into stillness, our hearts are able to settle and be held by the limitless and transformative qualities of sound.”

“Tallulah is an extraordinary teacher and artist. Her sound baths are unique in terms of the incredible beauty of her singing voice.”

- Chrissy Sundt - Silver Linings Founder

I can honestly say, hand on heart, that I was able to dive deep to an inner place that resounded with that long-forgotten & often longed-for place of my Soul. Tallulah holds a safe & magical place for inner-transformation to seed.

Group Sessions

Duration: (length of session can be adapted to meet clients needs)

Embodying Love: a soundbath meditation with voice & singing bowls, where participants are invited to experience the transformative practice of loving kindness and be held in a sonic transmission of love.

Sessions begin with a short Qi Gong Dao Yin 15mins sequence that enables us to tune into how we are feeling, both physically and emotionally. This is followed by a 45min Sound Meditation practice that begins with a yoga nidra practice and flows into a sonic spa where I combine my voice with Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Sacred Song to facilitate the deep relaxation of our nervous system. The class closes with a ground Qi Gong practice to support the integration of the experience.

These sessions facilitate deep transformational release.

Clients include: Pukka Herbs, Goldman Sachs, Wilderness Festival, Medicine Festival, Glastonbury Festival, Camp Bestival, Ecstatic Dance UK, Togetherness Festival, Latitude Festival…

The sound bath was very special and having gone to gong baths before, I liked this even more, with the guitar and song, plus guided intention setting, prayer making.
— Martin (Ecstatic Dance Spring Gathering)
I was stunned by the simple power of sound to bring me so fully out of stress/anxiety and into a place of calm centeredness.
— Vaishnavi Brassey
Ethereal, enchanting and deeply moving. Collaborating with Tallulah on Sound Healing and movement events with &Sister at Poundon House is a joy. Tallulah’s natural talent and graceful spirit inspires students to go deeper, to seek and then to share peace.
— Alicia Roscoe - &Sister Retreats
There’s a magic to Tallulah’s Sound Bath sessions that I can’t quite describe, except being left with a profound sense of softness in my body which felt beautiful. After the session, I enjoyed receiving the present moment more fully, less in my head and more in my heart. I felt reassured by her presence, the way she brought us in and then out of the sound journey, knowing that something very special happened in between!
— Sophie Bolton - Dancing Freedom Facilitator
She is a true master when it comes to using her voice and the way she weaves it into other sounds is completely unique and otherworldly. The space she holds is as impeccable and nurturing as the way a mother tucks a blanket around a sleeping child.
— Roma Norriss - Togetherness Festival
It seems that every time I see Tallulah for either a workshop or sound healing session she manages to help me reach somewhere unfamiliar yet nourishing.

Tallulah unquestionably invests herself in order to guide her audience or clients to new depths of themselves through the incredible sounds and harmonies that she creates.

Tallulah has a tremendous gift which she shares in a way that is humbling and magnificent.
