Qi Gong
What is Qi Gong?
In essence Qi Gong supports the reorganisation of our nervous system by clearing our energy and grounding us. Ostensibly it is akin to pressing the refresh button and setting us up for the day ahead. For this reason it is an ideal practice first thing in the morning. Not only does it clear the old energy away, but the simple movements encourage the practitioner to become more present in the body and as their mind quietens, so the heart can begin to settle. The more you cultivate your practice the deeper this experience becomes creating a greater sense of wellbeing, relaxation, connectedness, immunity, wholeness to name a few.
I offer Qi Gong Classes online and also an Online Qi Course which consists of 6 videos tutorials, available via my Creative Wellbeing Community on Patreon.
