During lockdown I decided to share this mantra online and began holding daily Instagram Live sessions where we would focus on Loving Kindness through the practice of chanting the Heart Sutra which translates as 'go go far beyond, far beyond to where the wisdom lies.'

It has created an incredible community and brought nourishment to myself and many.
