One of the surprises for me in lockdown was discovering the potency of online sound baths. Receiving these sessions from the comfort of your own home and listening via headphones really gives a powerful experience. You don't have to go anywhere and as long as you have stable wifi you are all set up for a delicious evening of relaxation. You don't have to drive, faff, do anything except lie in your bed, get snuggly and be held by the beauty of song and sound.
