We are only human beings, living in turbulent times – an age where unrest fuels the uncertainty felt within. Yet amidst the backdrop we can find ways to nourish, inspire, rise, believe, belong and love. We fall, we stand, and we learn to trust we are loved, and we are enough, just as we are.

This journey has taught me that even through fear, anxiety, and darkness, I can trust the light within me and let go of what no longer serves me. Through Qi Gong, meditation, and self-reflection, I found calm, empowerment, and a deeper sense of belonging. I know these struggles are shared by many, which is why I hope the songs on this album offer comfort, courage, and connection, reminding you that you are not alone, that growth is a daily practice, and that even when your light feels dim, you are deeply loved.
