We are only human beings, living in turbulent times – an age where unrest fuels the uncertainty felt within. Yet amidst the backdrop we can find ways to nourish, inspire, rise, believe, belong and love. We fall, we stand, and we learn to trust we are loved, and we are enough, just as we are.

This journey has taught me that even through fear, anxiety, and darkness, I can trust the light within me and let go of what no longer serves me. Through Qi Gong, meditation, and self-reflection, I found calm, empowerment, and a deeper sense of belonging. I know these struggles are shared by many, which is why I hope the songs on this album offer comfort, courage, and connection, reminding you that you are not alone, that growth is a daily practice, and that even when your light feels dim, you are deeply loved.

Download the Only Human Lyric Book and step a little deeper into the heart of the album. Alongside every lyric, you'll discover the stories, reflections and inspiration behind these songs—an invitation to slow down, connect, and remember that whatever you're carrying, you're not alone.
The music of Only Human was created not simply to be listened to, but to open a space for reflection, connection, conversation and the possibility of transformation.
Beyond the album, I wanted to create a portal where I could share some of the practices that have supported my own mental health and wellbeing, as well as the people I work with, and so what follows is a collection of resources that I hope will inspire and nourish you.
Practices such as Qi Gong, mantra and meditation can help you relax, rejuvenate, support you to feel safe enough to return to your body, quieten the mind and deepen your connection to the parts of yourself that might need support in this moment.
There is no right way to explore these offerings. You might choose a practice that speaks to how you are feeling today or return to one regularly.
My hope is that these resources support you in treating yourself with greater kindness and remembering that, in all your vulnerability, beauty and imperfection, you are never alone. We are all human beings trying to navigate a complex world.
Perhaps, together, we can learn to do so with greater kindness and awareness, caring not only for ourselves, but also for one another and the planet we call home.
